An NBA game was played in the 80s

A little over a week ago, the Golden State Warriors scored 92 points against the Chicago Bulls.

On Wednesday night, neither the Memphis Grizzlies or Denver Nuggets were able to get out of the 80s against each other.

No single player scored more than 20 points.

Denver shot 39 percent from the field, 25 percent from behind the arc.

Both teams combined to hit 16 threes. Klay Thompson hit 14 against the Bulls.

That’s all. Just thought you should know this game happened. The Grizzlies won but, much bigger than that, it was a moral victory for the idea of defense.
